text & image file formats:
Our digital ceramic tiles are printed via processor-intensive applications, from very large image files. We use Macintosh computers exclusively to do this work, so all text & image files to be printed must be Mac compatible.
If you send us a 'foreign' file from which to print we will charge a fee to cover its translation cost.
Mac compatible file formats, for which no translation charge applies: 'Foreign' file formats, for which a translation charge will apply:

.jpg files (high resolution files from digital cameras)

AdobePhotoshop 5.5 or earlier (.psd .tif .eps .jpg)

AdobeIllustrator 8.0 or earlier (.ai .eps)
